Bass is a member and moderator of Ultimate Central.

The Dream Begins

Bass Wakil hails from the mysterious depths of the Middle East by way of the U.K. He joined Ultimate Central in February of 2005, within a day of his future teenage lover, moonmaster.

Bass quickly became renowned for his intelligent posts and sense of humor, particularly his Loki Manifesto and Traitor Manifesto threads.

Ultimate Central: The Fanfic and The Disappearance

Bass wrote Volume 6 of Ultimate Central: The Fanfic and produced what are arguably the best issues to ever come out of the fanfic.

The highly anticipated 50th issue of The Fanfic was to be the most epic yet, but Bass needed time to complete it. Bass took a break from Ultimate Central in May of 2006.

He would not return until February of the next year. A void of unimaginable sadness was left in his absence, into which several n00bs fell and were pulled underneath the fabric of reality itself. Indeed, the UC Universe was lost without him.

His return was loyally awaited by The Cult of Bass, a fanatical and awesome group that believed that Bass's return would bring order to all of existence or something. The Cult of Bass was heavily criticized by Basstheist groups who believed the religion was destructive and dangerous. Cult members defended their right to store guns at their compound and sacrifice n00bs to the Basshead.

Where Was Bass?

Many believe that the completion of Issue #50 could not account for Bass's extended absence. Theories as to where he was for almost a year abound:

• He was on a secret mission from E, most likely having to do with filming various members of the site in the shower.
• He was hanging out with Adam Hughes. Did you know that he knows Adam Hughes? He totally does. They're friends and everything. Adam Hughes, that is. He and Adam Hughes. They're friends. I bet you didn't even know that. Well it's true.
• The real Bass was killed in a car accident and this was covered up by E. The Bass we know now is really a double. Clues supporting this theory can be found in issues of the fanfic. If you play Issue #50 backwards, you can clearly hear the phrases "Bass is dead", "Died . . . in a car . . . accident", and "Did you know he was friends with Adam Hughes?".
  
• Some say . . . there never was a Bass. Oooo!
• Bass was just being a dick because he hates us all. Yeah, I said it!
• A popular theory was that Bass was just a collective name for E and the moderators, who used Bass to unite the various members of UC as one.

The Return and Beyond

Bass returned to much fanfare in February of 2007. He posted the critically acclaimed 50th issue of The Fanfic and once again became an active member of the site.

He now lives with his partner moonmaster and their adopted daughter Sun-Ling in San Francisco.

Also, he is friends with Adam Hughes. They totally made out once. Hughes loves the spicy brown sugar (technically, sugar mixed with cayenne. Or some sort of zany Middle Eastern spice. Would it be wrong to say anthrax?) .
